Free communication assistance

If you need help communicating with us, ListenWell will provide language assistance and appropriate auxiliary aids and services free of charge when required for meaningful access or effective communication. Depending on the need, assistance may include a qualified interpreter, accessible electronic information, large-print materials, or another reasonable communication support.

Accessibility and reasonable modifications

ListenWell provides reasonable modifications for individuals with disabilities when necessary to provide equal access to our services, unless a modification would fundamentally alter the service or another lawful exception applies. We work to make telehealth, scheduling, forms, communications, and community-based services accessible to hearing, vision, mobility, cognitive, language, and technology needs.
